Running

So some of you know that i am going to be running the Ogden Half Marathon May 21,2011... I was doing awesome training for it but then winter hit, and i slacked big time... lame. Anyways, Ive been training, and I am no where near where i should be... but im still going to do it. I dont want to be a quiter, it was my own fault for not training like i should. If i could climb the Inka trail in Peru, I can do this. And this i will be able to breath normally, i will be in a normal altitude range lol.
So to get me pumped and to train i am doing two 5k races before the big 13.1 mile race ha ha...

On April 30th I am doing the Race for Africa 5k Race in Ogden, Ut :)

On May 7th I am doing the Komen Salt Lake City Race for The Cure in Salt Lake City, UT

Then on that dreaded day of May 21st I will be doing the half marathon...

If anyone wants to train with me or run any of those 5k's with me let me know! the more the merrier! :D

A few more updates

I just found an apartment! YAY! I put my deposit down and everything! :) Its way cheap and a two bedroom! It has pretty wooden floors and in a good neighborhood :) YAY! I cant move in till July but thats okay :)


For April Fools day my dads car was at the airport because he was out of town, and he was going to be coming in that day. I went and found his car and I left a note saying that someone hit his car but didnt leave any info. so when he came out he was running around his car trying to figure out where that person hit him hahahaha BRILLIANT! :)

tRiP tO MiSsOuRi

We went out to Missouri for a few days a couple months ago, to visit my Grandma and my aunt and uncle and cute little cousins! :)

fEsTiVaL of CoLoRs

Welcome SPRING!!!! :D
Kellie and I went down to Springville, Utah to the Festival of Colors! it was amazing! to Celebrate spring an Indian temple has this huge festival that lasted all weekend long. People would go down there and throw colored sand at everyone! There is a live band and a mosh pit and thousands of people! it was amazing!!! here are some pictures! definitely going back! :) yay!
